A Midwest Team Invested in Midwest Growth
JDT Development was founded by three entrepreneurs from Wisconsin and Minnesota who believe in the future of this region. We have worked together for years, combining more than 65 years of experience in commercial development, real estate investment, and community-focused projects.
We started JDT because we continue to see strong opportunities across the Midwest. Businesses need the right places to grow. Communities want development that fits their needs. Investors need experienced partners who understand both the opportunity and the responsibility that come with each project.
